If you need an infusion, this is the place to go. I have been going for a few years and have ALWAYS had the best nurses and experience while being infused here. You are in a private room with a reclining massage chair that even heats up if needed. From the receptionist to the doctors, your experience here will be exceptional. I tell my husband I feel like I am at a spa. So relaxing and calm. Make sure you tell your doctors to send you to Infusion Solutions. It’s a life changing experience !!
I went into this experience not knowing what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised by the facility and all of the staff. I truly formed a connection with my care team and they recognized that I appeared brighter and healthier after my series of infusions. I would happily use their team again should I encounter the same health concerns. They also were very accommodating when I was stuck in traffic or running a moment or two behind, or even showed up a few minutes early. 10/10.
Amazing experience! I was nervous a bit because it was my first appointment. EVERYONE was so kind and caring!! You have a private room that is comfortable to be in, they have snacks and beverages to offer you. They treat you so well with care and compassion, you’re not just a number like other Dr. offices. I highly recommend them if you need any kind of infusion.
My first infusion was on January 04, 2023 and I went in very nervous not knowing what to expect. The staff is absolutely fabulous! They all made sure to explain the process, answer questions and make you feel comfortable while the infusion is in progress. The private room boasts heated massage chairs, a tv and heated blankets if needed. There also is an assortment of drinks and snacks for you. Highly recommend!
I actually look forward to my infusions now because it’s such a comfortable experience, and the nurses and staff do everything to make it as nice as possible. The heated massage chair is great for naps and they have multiple streaming services to help you pass the time. This is a great place to have an infusion!
I had a wonderful experience with my very first infusion. The staff were extremely patient and courteous, and the ambiance is great. What I expected to feel very clinical felt more like a day at the spa. I look forward to my next infusion appointment.
I cannot express how much I love Infusion Solutions. The ladies are the best. The level of comfort is out of this world. I’ve never had a bad experience. They genuinely care for me. I can feel it from the time I walk in the office until I walk out. I’m not left in the room unattended. They make me feel as if I am the only patient there, although I know I’m not. All of my needs are met on all levels of care. If you have to have any Infusion treatment I would strongly encourage you to give them a try. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. On a scale of 1-10, I rate the building, care, cleanliness and knowledge of the nurses a 10. Thank me later!!!
I was sent to infusion solutions since I got COVID and I am a high risk patient so I needed 3 days of antibiotic infusions to get over it quicker. I’m a terrible patient because for starters I’m always late no matter how hard I try but, between Lucien, Amelia, Brooke, and Destiny, they were patient and understanding from the get go. They all were extremely accommodating and answered any questions I had and were very personable. Lucien makes a great cup of coffee as well ☕. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reviews on them. Thanks y’all!! ❤️👍
I’ve been going to Infusion Solutions since they opened, and every visit has been great. The staff is competent and pleasant. I’ve never had any billing issues. The nurses are caring and kind. The atmosphere is much calmer and more private than the hospital. They have massage chairs 😊, pillows, heated blankets, snacks, drinks. If you are in a position where you have to have infusions, this is the place to go. Thank you to everyone at Infusion Solutions and to my doctor who recommended them in the first place. I highly recommend!
